Who we are

CERN Management Pvt. Ltd. operates as an authorised channel partner and real-estate agent. We market and sell property on behalf of developers. We are not the developer of any project listed on this website, and we do not own the properties shown.

Nothing here is an offer

All content on this website — including images, renders, plans, specifications, amenities, dimensions, pricing and possession timelines — is supplied by the respective developers and is indicative only.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, an invitation to offer, or a binding contract. Any purchase is governed solely by the agreement executed between you and the developer.

Accuracy

We take reasonable care to keep project information current, but:

• Prices, availability, plans and approvals change without notice
• Renders and aerial views are artistic impressions, not actual depictions
• Amenities shown are subject to completion and may not be operational at possession
• Floor plans and measurements are approximate

You should independently verify all particulars — including RERA registration, title, approvals and payment schedules — directly with the developer before making any purchase decision.

Our fee

We are paid a commission by the developer on a completed transaction. You pay the developer's price. We do not charge buyers a fee for our advisory services.

RERA

Where a RERA registration number is shown, it is as provided by the developer. Registration confirms the promoter's disclosure and escrow obligations under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. It is not a certification of construction quality, nor a guarantee that advertised amenities will be delivered.

Your use of this site

You agree not to use this website to submit false information, to scrape or reproduce its content commercially, or to interfere with its operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CERN Management Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published on this website, or from any transaction between you and a developer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
