We carry mandates across several developers, so we can put competing projects side by side on carpet area, payment schedule and possession risk — and tell you when the answer is none of them.
We are an authorised channel partner, appointed by developers to represent their projects to buyers. Our fee is paid by the developer — the price you pay is the same whether you come through us or walk into the site office.
What that arrangement buys you is independence at the point it matters most: the shortlist. Because we are not tied to a single project, we can be direct about which of two comparable listings carries the better carpet ratio, the safer approval set, or the possession clause that will actually hold.

Carpet area, loading, floor-rise, corpus and registration costs go into a single sheet before a booking is discussed. Nothing material is left to the brochure.
We stay past the booking
Loan coordination, construction-stage updates, the snag list and the handover. The relationship is not over when the token payment clears.
